Well my net was down for like 9 days, leaving me unable to make any progress. Update to follow soon after for the few things i neglected to add.

Had a pretty bad ass merit party today. Got about 8 merits in about 4 hours.

Set would bring me to magic dmg reduction of about 60% with Shell V. Coupled with preexisting HP gear, Rampart, Stoneskin, and Light Carol, easily able to survive Citadel Buster from Proto- Ultima, or Stonega IV from Kirin.
